Already have a printable file?
For standard jobs, you usually do not need to email us for pricing. Upload your model to the online quoting system, select the available options and review the price.
Contact us before ordering if the part has unusual requirements, tight tolerances, a safety-critical use, a specific deadline, an unusual material requirement or anything else that should be assessed before production.
Need Help With an Order You’ve Already Placed?
Include your order number and enough information for us to understand what has happened. Photographs are especially useful for damage or manufacturing concerns.
Change or Cancel an Order
Contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Contact us →Damage or Manufacturing Issue
Keep the part and packaging. Include your order number, description of the issue and clear photographs when contacting us.
Returns & refund process →Warranty Question
Review our workmanship warranty and contact us with your order number if you believe your part has a manufacturing defect.
Read the warranty policy →Quick Answers to Common Enquiries
You may be able to get the answer immediately without waiting for an email response.
